2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are provided based on the information given at the time.
- Prices may change if the job differs from what was originally described (e.g. additional items, restricted access, heavier loads).
- Quotes are typically confirmed once we have assessed the job, either by description, photos or on-site inspection.
3. Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.
- We will agree a date and time window with you in advance.
- Please ensure clear access to the property and items at the agreed time.
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payment by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
- Late payments may result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Short notice cancellations may incur a charge to cover time and travel.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, traffic, illness).
6. Removals Services
- We take reasonable care when handling your belongings.
- It is your responsibility to ensure items are properly packed unless packing has been agreed as part of the service.
- We are not responsible for damage to items that are poorly packed or fragile unless disclosed in advance.
- Please inform us of any particularly heavy, valuable or delicate items before the job.
7. Rubbish Clearance
- We remove general household and commercial waste as agreed.
- We do not accept hazardous, illegal or restricted materials.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all waste is safe and lawful to remove.
- All waste will be disposed of responsibly in line with regulations.
8. Jet Washing Services
- We use appropriate pressure and techniques for each surface.
- While every care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose surfaces, or deterioration revealed during cleaning.
- Results may vary depending on the condition and age of the surface.
9. Access & Site Conditions
- You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
- Any parking restrictions or access issues should be discussed in advance.
- Additional charges may apply if access is difficult or causes delays.
10. Liability
- We take care in all work carried out, but liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Any concerns or damage must be reported as soon as possible on the day of service.
11. Delays
- While we aim to be punctual, delays can occur due to traffic, previous jobs or unforeseen circumstances.
- We will keep you informed if timings change.
12. Changes to These Terms
